Grasp
Grasp is best used for visualizing PDB files. It
has several advantages over Rasmol
Advantages
- Can handle multiple molecules on the same
screen
- Can rapidly calculate surface
potentials
- Lots more display options
- Higher resolution display
Disadvantages
- Doesn't run on Macs or PCs. Only runs on
SGI
- Interface is more complicated
- No "undo" option. You make a mistake, you
start over.
